What is the Format of the Program?
Eight live 1.5-hour Zoom sessions over 10 weeks (including 2 integration weeks for rest and reflection). All sessions are recorded, so you can watch at your convenience if you can't attend live. You'll also receive a comprehensive workbook and additional resources.
How big are the groups for each round of the program?
Each cohort is limited to include no more than 10 people to ensure intimate, personalised attention. You'll be part of a small, supportive community of like-minded professionals.
What if I'm really not creative?
Perfect. This program is designed especially for people who think they're "not creative." We start with the understanding that everyone is creative. It might just need some reconnection. No artistic or creative writing experience is necessary.
I'm already so busy. Will this add more stress?
The opposite. This program is designed to be restorative, not depleting. Every practice is optional and designed to nourish rather than drain you. It's about making space for yourself, not adding another task to your list.
What if I can't attend all the live sessions?
Every session is recorded. While the live community experience is valuable, we understand life happens, and you can participate at your own pace.

8 weekly 1.5-hour group sessions with creative exercises, journaling, and mindfulness activities (held over 10 weeks to include time for reflection and integration).
